All Online Bookings and Appointments are NON REFUNDABLE. Appointmens can be done online, over the phone or in person. All appointments require a deposit. Rescheduling may have a penalty of up to 50% deposit charge. Rescheduling is available 12hrs prior to booking time but new desired time and date might not be available. Late fee might be applied if late to your appointment. Rescheduling might be necessary if arrival is late. Booking has to be approved by the salon.
